So What is dogging?
The term 'dogging' was first used in the 1970s to describe the practice of sneaking-up on couples having sex in cars in isolated 'lover's lanes' and watching them whilst remaining undetected.
Dogging is all about sex in public places while other people watch, many doggers let the strangers watching (vouyeurs) join in. Dogging could also be described as 'outdoor swinging'. It is a case of mutual voyeurism and exhibitionism.
Dogging has been popular for many years but seemed to become even popular when it hit the headlines back in March 2004 with Stan Collymore's admission that he's been "dogging". He was set up in a 'Sting' by the Sun newspaper and later admitted to being 'ashamed'.Whats to be ashamed of???? Dogging is fun, its mutual no strings sex between strangers who are all after one thing - a good old shag!
